Don Springer is a successful three time entrepreneur whose previous companies have returned more than 500% to his investors. Dante Software was a venture capital-backed company acquired by webMethods (WEBM) in the fall 2003. Don led WEBM’s business process optimization unit, achieving more than 40% in consecutive quarterly revenue growth and an annualized run-rate of $30M. He has an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia, and a B.S. in Systems Engineering at the University of Virginia. With three successful startups under his belt, Don, in his capacity as Senior Advisor for Princeton Blue, provides guidance and shares his experience on numerous entrepreneurial topics. |

Pramod Sachdeva is the Managing Director (and founder) at Princeton Blue. Pramod has been supporting clients globally with their Integration, BPM and SOA requirements for the past 12 years. With over 22 years of IT experience involving management of over 1000 integration and BPM projects, Pramod brings boundless knowledge and best practices to the table, to support his clients’ strategic initiatives. Pramod’s experience has touched on many aspects of the integration space, from running an architecture and implementation delivery organization for 8 years at a prominent integration technology vendor (webMethods, now part of SoftwareAG), to rolling out SAP based integration solutions as part of a large systems integrator organization (PricewaterhouseCoopers). Pramod has been an evangelist in the BPM and SOA space in helping many solution providers develop integration and BPM based vertical solutions. Prior to integration, Pramod was at the heart of ERP rollouts in the 90’s leading functional and technical teams. Pramod has many years of experience in the Financial Services and Pharmaceutical industries, primarily supporting clients in the north-east United States. Pramod began his career as a Professor of Computer Science after completing his MS in Computer Science in New Zealand. His research and thesis were focused on development of Artificial Intelligence techniques, specifically, the business application and value of Expert Systems. |

Vitaly Khusidman is the Chief Technology Officer at Princeton Blue. Vitaly has more than 30 years of experience in application of information technology for solving real business problems. Recently he is focused on alignment of business and technology through definition and implementation of Enterprise Architecture, BPM and SOA governances tailored for the needs of the organization. Previously, Vitaly founded a consulting firm Knowledge Vitality providing architecture and pre-investment due diligent services for government and public sector. During his 6 years tenure at Unisys as the Executive Architect - Director of Enterprise Modernization, Vitaly spearheaded an approach featuring extraction and abstraction of business knowledge from legacy systems, capturing it in the business models that drive the generation of the target solution. He also was a Chief Architect of Public Sector R&D and Chief Architect of Financial Solution Development. Prior to that, Vitaly founded and led a New York Metro area consulting firm, Advanced Access Solutions, and provided architecture services for financial, insurance and publishing industries. Earlier, Vitaly headed Software Engineering at Sandvik Sorting System where he architected and managed development and commissioning of the largest (at that time) package sorting hubs for FedEx, UPS, DHL, RPS and USPS, and held a number of management and architecture position in several US and Russian companies. Vitaly holds Masters Degree in Computer Science from Moscow State University of Railway Transportation and Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Institute for Control Problems of the Russian Academy of Science. Vitaly is a member of OMG contributing to Architecture Driven Modernization and Business Modeling and Integration task forces, frequent speaker at forums and conferences; his papers appeared in prominent industry publications like BPTrends, BRCommunity and Journal of Object Technology. |

Sushil Nanda, Director of Enterprise Solution for Princeton Blue, is a highly versatile, creative and dedicated individual with over 15 years of experience in program management, consulting, technology solution delivery, outsourcing, and business development for companies in North America. He leverages his extensive industry experience to provide service oriented enterprise solutions for Princeton Blue’s clients. Prior to joining Princeton Blue, Sushil was webMethods practice Lead for Cognizant Technology Solutions for North America and was instrumental in their EAI, B2B, SOA and BPM practice growth by evangelizing and simplifying the concepts of ESB, BPM, EAI, EII, SOA Governance through robust design and implementation. His strengths and weaknesses are that he can go to any extent to get the right solution to address the customer’s issue regardless of whether it is a technical issue, a business challenge technical or an organization roadblock, thus creating a win-win situation for all. |

Bob Fabrizio is the General Manager, Asia Pacific at Princeton Blue. Bob has 30 years of experience in IT in a wide range of roles and geographies. Most recently he was a Director in Global Technology - Capital Markets, at Deutsche Bank in Singapore, leading a team providing large Global Programme and Portfolio Management. Prior to Deutsche Bank, he delivered Customer Solutions in the Business Integration and BPM areas for eight years while he ran Professional Services and Customer Support organizations for webMethods (Software AG) throughout Asia and in the USA. He has been living in Asia for last ten years, having been stationed in Tokyo, Shanghai, and now Singapore, supporting customers in the countries throughout the Asia Pacific Region. Before joining webMethods, Bob led teams working on delivering major consulting projects in the ERP and CRM areas. This experience was gained while working at top-tier Enterprise solution providers, including Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, Technology Solutions Company, Sales Technologies, and KPMG Peat Marwick. Bob has a M.A. Degree in Computer Science from Duke University, and a B.S. in Chemistry from Ohio University. Before getting into Consulting, he started his career as a Software Developer, working in the areas of Office Automation systems, Text Search systems, Pen-based Computing, and Sales Force Automation, along with early email and mobile platform development. |

Ryan Johnston is the Director of Cloud and Emerging Technologies at Princeton Blue. He has 14 years of experience with Java, integration, and BPM technologies and is proud of his 10+ years spent adding value for his clients through the design and development of targeted, mission-critical solutions. This experience has been gained through time at what were formerly known as the "Big 5 consulting firms" as well as with Professional Services organizations such as webMethods (now Software AG). He's also managed a global, 30+ person Integration and BPM team at Sony Electronics, experience that he has used to refine the solutions he designs for our customers. Ryan's breadth of experience and expertise allows him to push the envelope in his role at Princeton Blue, something he does in an effort to ensure that Princeton Blue's clients have access to the latest proven technologies, regardless of whether those technologies are delivered via the cloud or via more traditional means. He's passionate about the benefits that can be gained via the use of the cloud as a delivery model as well as the efficiency gains that are possible through the use of low-cost and open-source technologies. Gowrishankar Shankar (GS) is an Enterprise Architect with a wide range of technological skills on multiple platforms and more than 11 years of experience in progressive architecture, consulting, BPM and EAI that includes Lombardi Teamworks 6.2, webMethods 7.1, TIBCO, See Beyond and Oracle BPEL BPM. GS also has extensive experience in managing large delivery operations across multiple geographies. Before joining Princeton Blue, GS worked with Cognizant, Wipro and Mahendra Satyam. He was instrumental in building enterprise solutions for large scale projects that demanded exceptional technical acumen and tremendous communication prowess. |

Sridhar Avatapalli is a Senior BPM Architect & PEGA practice lead at Princeton Blue with rich experience in executing PEGA BPM projects across different domains and platforms, in different geographies including US, Europe, South East Asia and India. Sridhar is an aggressive professional with commitment & dedication. Before joining Princeton Blue, Sridhar worked with Virtusa in managing & executing various PEGA projects with prestigious clients. Sridhar was also a key member of the PEGA team that delivered portions of the PEGA BPM product & the CPM framework. Sridhar did his Masters from Sheffield Hallam University, United Kingdom and bachelors from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, India. |
