Don Springer is a successful three time entrepreneur whose previous companies have returned more than 500% to his investors. Dante Software was a venture capital-backed company acquired by webMethods (WEBM) in the fall 2003. Don led WEBM’s business process optimization unit, achieving more than 40% in consecutive quarterly revenue growth and an annualized run-rate of $30M. He has an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia, and a B.S. in Systems Engineering at the University of Virginia. With three successful startups under his belt, Don, in his capacity as Senior Advisor for Princeton Blue, provides guidance and shares his experience on numerous entrepreneurial topics. |

Pramod Sachdeva is the Managing Director (and founder) at Princeton Blue. Pramod has been supporting clients globally with their Integration, BPM and SOA requirements for the past 12 years. With over 22 years of IT experience involving management of over 1000 integration and BPM projects, Pramod brings boundless knowledge and best practices to the table, to support his clients’ strategic initiatives. Pramod’s experience has touched on many aspects of the integration space, from running an architecture and implementation delivery organization for 8 years at a prominent integration technology vendor (webMethods, now part of SoftwareAG), to rolling out SAP based integration solutions as part of a large systems integrator organization (PricewaterhouseCoopers). Pramod has been an evangelist in the BPM and SOA space in helping many solution providers develop integration and BPM based vertical solutions. Prior to integration, Pramod was at the heart of ERP rollouts in the 90’s leading functional and technical teams. Pramod has many years of experience in the Financial Services and Pharmaceutical industries, primarily supporting clients in the north-east United States. Pramod began his career as a Professor of Computer Science after completing his MS in Computer Science in New Zealand. His research and thesis were focused on development of Artificial Intelligence techniques, specifically, the business application and value of Expert Systems. |

Prashanth Brahmandam is a Principal Architect at Princeton Blue, with experience in designing and managing integration, BPM and SOA projects for large firms across several industry verticals. He is a recognized expert on Business Process Transformation & Management, Enterprise Architecture, Product road-maps and Development methodologies. He uses current trends and technologies and best practices from various domains and methodologies in crafting world-class IT strategies for clients. Prashanth has a proven history of managing and successfully executing huge development initiatives worth millions of dollars, spanning several teams across multiple countries. These initiatives involved business process analysis and orchestration, architecture, design and development for large-scale EAI applications, B2B/B2C applications and Portal based applications. Prashanth has expertise on Lombardi Teamworks, webMethods Designer and ARIS Business Architect - three of the top BPM tools in the industry, and has also led BPM initiatives in the Supply Chain domain. In May 2007, Prashanth co-authored a white paper titled "Business Driven Integration" on SOA and BPM for the Integration Consortium, which was ranked in the top 3 of the SOA category. Prashanth is currently assisting clients like TD Bank, Johnson & Johnson, Sony Electronics, etc. in their Supply Chain initiatives and aligning them with their Enterprise Architecture. |

Sushil Nanda, Director of Enterprise Solution for Princeton Blue, is a highly versatile, creative and dedicated individual with over 15 years of experience in program management, consulting, technology solution delivery, outsourcing, and business development for companies in North America. He leverages his extensive industry experience to provide service oriented enterprise solutions for Princeton Blue’s clients. Prior to joining Princeton Blue, Sushil was webMethods practice Lead for Cognizant Technology Solutions for North America and was instrumental in their EAI, B2B, SOA and BPM practice growth by evangelizing and simplifying the concepts of ESB, BPM, EAI, EII, SOA Governance through robust design and implementation. His strengths and weaknesses are that he can go to any extent to get the right solution to address the customer’s issue regardless of whether it is a technical issue, a business challenge technical or an organization roadblock, thus creating a win-win situation for all. |

Joe Castinado is an Enterprise and Business Architect and Director of Enterprise Solutions for Princeton Blue. Joe is a veteran consultant with over 18 years of experience in all aspects of the IT industry from development to architecture to program management. He brings his talents and high energy level to Princeton Blue with a no nonsense approach to client initiatives. Joe Castinado has worked with both emerging startup companies as well as large multi-country global giants. Fostering a true sense of team with both internal and external team members. Joe’s strong technical background along with his exceptional relationship building skills allows Joe to thoughtfully assess client concerns and intelligently build a solution with the right resources. Joe is respected by his peers as well as his subordinates across the country and indeed across the globe. He is known for his positive attitude and intelligence in delivery what his clients demand. Joe has been a leader in the enterprise application integration and services oriented architecture frameworks and has built, managed and assessed centralized organizations such as Competency Centers and Centers of Excellence which he believes is the key to success in building any large enterprise solution. He has been interviewed on a number of occasions by Forrester and Gartner on his successful SOA and BPM implementations and continues to be an aggressive leader in these fields. |
