Our Capabilities and Successes
The following represents a sampling of our Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) based Integration and Business Process Management (BPM) Life Sciences engagements:
- Princeton Blue led this M&A driven initiative from an architecture and overall delivery perspective. Multiple order-to-cash business processes and the applications that support them had to be integrated to ensure that they operated seamlessly. The 9-month project was delivered on time (within an FDA imposed regulatory deadline) and without any post go-live issues while under the strict watch of the FDA validation team.
- Princeton Blue introduced a real-time standards-based message bus to integrate client’s clinical operations with their EDC and IVRS partners using CDISC ODM and SDTM in an effort to reduce the time to collect clinical trial data into a CTMS system for trial management and decision making from 4-6 weeks to near real-time
- Princeton Blue provided business process visibility across the client’s order to cash (OTC) business processes that span three separate legal entities within the client’s group of companies. A BPM based solution was used to provide the badly needed process visibility and monitoring across the OTC business processes.
- SOA assessment, technology road-map, and maturity model based organizational tracking and guidance.
- Providing thought leadership in setting up Integration, SOA and BPM competency centers, to leverage industry best-practices for organizational benefits.
